  55. Many people believe that FTP and Telnet are inherently insecure protocols.
  56. They are not -- it's just that the servers that come by default with most
  57. OS's do not include the security features.  Hopefully the recent relaxation
  58. in USA export law will result in secure versions from Sun, IBM, etc, as well
  59. as for Linux and friends.
